If you have a book you would like me to review, thank you so much! Please read this page, then tell me about your book!

What kind of books do you accept for review?
I’m a children’s librarian, so I read all things children and YA. Board books, picture books, YA, fiction and nonfiction, I read it. I love hearing from smaller, independent presses and the big guys – if you’ve got a good book that you think kids and their families and educators need to know about, let me know!

What formats do you prefer?
I don’t have a preference; I’ll read and review an ebook or a hard copy. I can accommodate both Kindle and Nook formats, as well as PDF files. I don’t really review audio books, because the kids in my libraries don’t really use them.

What’s the best way to contact you?

Do you only review?
Nope! You can let me know about author appearances, and I love blog tours, author Q&As, giveaways – anything to make the reading experience more fun and exciting for everyone!

What if you don’t like the book?
I try to review books that I will enjoy or that kids and teens will enjoy. I do provide honest reviews, though – but I will never trash a book. That’s unfair, unprofessional, and just mean-spirited. I’ll always find a positive to talk about, and anything I may not like will come with an explanation and a reminder that my reviews are my opinions – everyone has his or her own taste!

Where do you post your reviews?
I post my reviews here, and they are linked to my Tumblr, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn accounts.

When will your review be posted?
I do my best to review ARCs before or shortly after their publication date; other review copies are reviewed in the order they are received. If the date I post my review is important, let me know, and we can work out a schedule.
